Can I cap class sizes?+
Yes. Every class session carries a capacity, and once those seats are taken the session stops accepting bookings.
What happens when a class fills up?+
The session stops accepting bookings at its seat count, so it can't be oversold. Automatic waitlists aren't available yet — if someone cancels, the seat simply reopens for the next person to book.
How do class packs work?+
Create a bundle for the pack. The member buys it once, then books each session against it as they use it up.
How quickly can I get started?+
Most businesses have their services, hours, and public booking link live in under 10 minutes. The Starter plan is free, so you can publish before you decide on a paid plan.
Do my clients need an account?+
No. Clients book with a name, an email address, and a phone number. There is no password to create and nothing to install.
What if an appointment has to move?+
Reschedule it from the dashboard, or send the client a reschedule link and let them pick a new slot. Both sides get an updated confirmation and calendar invite.
Can I take payment when clients book?+
Yes. Card payments run through Inkress in JMD, and you choose per service whether to take a deposit, a partial amount, or the full price up front.
