Zoom Integration Guide
Learn how to connect, use, and manage the Zoom integration for Bookerva.
Installation
- Log in to your Bookerva account.
- Navigate to Dashboard > Settings.
- Locate the Zoom Integration section.
- Click the Connect Zoom button.
- You will be redirected to Zoom to authorize the application. Click Allow.
- Once authorized, you will be redirected back to Bookerva with a success message.
Usage
Once connected, you can set Zoom as the location for any of your services.
Setting up a Zoom Service:
- Go to Dashboard > Services.
- Create a new service or edit an existing one.
- In the Location dropdown, select Zoom Meeting.
- Save your changes.
How it works for bookings:
- When a client books this service, a unique Zoom meeting link is automatically generated.
- The meeting link is included in the confirmation email sent to both you and the client.
- The meeting is added to your Bookerva calendar with the Zoom link.
- If you have Google Calendar sync enabled, the event will also appear there with the Zoom details.
Uninstallation
You can disconnect the integration at any time from either your Bookerva account or your Zoom account.
Option 1: From Bookerva (Recommended)
- Log in to your Bookerva account.
- Navigate to Dashboard > Settings.
- In the Zoom Integration section, click Disconnect.
Option 2: From Zoom App Marketplace
- Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
- Click Manage > Added Apps or search for "Bookerva".
- Click the Bookerva app.
- Click Remove.
Troubleshooting
Meeting links not generating?
Ensure that the service location is explicitly set to "Zoom Meeting" and that your Zoom account is still connected in Settings.
