Virtual meetings

Every virtual booking, already on your Google Calendar.

Connect your Google account once. Bookings at a Google Meet location create a calendar event with a fresh Meet link attached — and that event follows the appointment when it moves or cancels.

Why connect Google Meet.

A fresh link per booking

When a customer books a service at a Google Meet location, Bookerva asks Google for a brand-new Meet link and attaches it to the event. No recycled room, nothing to paste.

The event tracks the booking

Reschedule and the calendar event moves with the Meet link intact. Cancel and the event is removed from your calendar. You never tidy up after Bookerva by hand.

Narrow, revocable access

Bookerva asks only for calendar-event access plus your name and email. Disconnect from Settings whenever you like, or revoke access from your Google account permissions page.

How it works

The short version. The full walkthrough is in the guide.

  1. 1

    Connect your Google account

From Dashboard → Settings, open the Integrations section and authorise Google. One Google account connects per business.

  2. 2

    Add a Google Meet location

Create a location of type Google Meet, then attach it to the services you deliver over video.

  3. 3

    Take bookings as normal

Bookings at that location get a Calendar event with a Meet link. The join link shows on the appointment in your dashboard.

What you actually get

Everything on this list ships today — none of it is roadmap.

  • One-click Google OAuth from Dashboard → Settings
  • A Google Calendar event on your primary calendar for every booking at a Google Meet location
  • A unique Meet link per booking, requested from Google at booking time
  • The customer and the assigned staff member added to the event as attendees
  • Event time updated on reschedule, with the Meet link preserved
  • Event deleted from your calendar when the booking is cancelled
  • The join link on the appointment in your Bookerva dashboard
  • A booking never fails because Google is down — link creation is best-effort

FAQ

Does each staff member connect their own Google account?+

Not today. One Google account connects per business, and every virtual booking creates its event on that account's primary calendar. Per-staff calendar accounts aren't supported yet.

Does Bookerva read my Google Calendar to block out busy time?+

No. The integration is one-way: Bookerva writes events for its own bookings and never reads your existing calendar. Your availability comes from your Bookerva working hours, buffers, and existing appointments.

Where does the Meet link show up?+

On the appointment in your Bookerva dashboard as soon as the booking is made, and on the Google Calendar event itself, where the customer and assigned staff member are listed as attendees. Bookerva does not yet embed the Meet link in the automated confirmation email.
