A scheduled meeting per booking
Bookerva calls Zoom at booking time to create a scheduled meeting sized to the service duration, then stores the join link against the appointment. Nothing is recycled between customers.
Reschedules follow through
Move an appointment and Bookerva patches the Zoom meeting's start time and duration to match. You don't cancel and re-send links by hand.
Waiting room on by default
Meetings are created with the waiting room enabled and host and participant video on, so nobody drops into your session unannounced.

Connect your Zoom account
From Dashboard → Settings, open the Integrations section and authorise Zoom. One Zoom account connects per business.

Add a Zoom location
Create a location of type Zoom, then attach it to the services you deliver over video.

Take bookings as normal
Bookings at that location get a Zoom meeting created automatically. The join link shows on the appointment in your dashboard.

FAQ
Does each staff member connect their own Zoom account?+
Not today. One Zoom account connects per business and hosts every meeting Bookerva creates. Per-staff Zoom accounts aren't supported yet.
Can I use Zoom and Google Meet at the same time?+
Yes. The meeting provider is decided by the location attached to a service, so you can deliver one service over Zoom and another over Google Meet from the same account.
Where does the join link appear?+
On the appointment in your Bookerva dashboard as soon as the booking is made. Bookerva does not yet embed the Zoom link in the automated confirmation email, so share it from the appointment if a customer asks.
